"This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions."
The message "This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions." now appears at the top of the Chrome Store page for this extension. I am not sure why, but hopefully it can be updated to adhere to their best practices. This is my seriously my most used extension. I use it all day every day.
The addon needs to be updated to support Manifest V3 to resolve this warning.
Now it's being blocked by Chrome:
This extension is no longer available because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions.
Thanks to @mantene for submitting PR #84. If this resolves the issue, I'd be delighted to have my Gmail Quick Links back.
is it possible for @mantene or anyone to fork gmail-quick-links if pr #84 fixes this if @kevinwucodes isnt going to merge the change and update the addon in web store?
Edit: I decided to recreate the functionality in a TamperMonkey script as being without QuickLinks is too frustrating.

Just use an extension link https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/user-javascript-and-css/nbhcbdghjpllgmfilhnhkllmkecfmpld?pli=1 and you can set your own CSS. You can also then hide the edit and delete icons to only show on hover.
