[Feature Request] Add --tag option to the list command

It would be nice to have a --tag option on the pomo list command. It would behave this way: pomo l -t project1 prints all pomodoros created with the project1 tag.

I am currently doing a major re-write of pomo on the develop which contains this exact feature.

The new version allows you to filter based on task names, tags, or key-value pairs, e.g. pomo get fuu pomo get fuu=bar.

I don't have an ETA at the moment for when I will release the new version but you're welcome to give it a try.
