Development Environment Brownout

Today I woke up to a brownout. I'm trying to see if I can't fix it. If anyone has any ideas. Seems we can still get a limited amount of production access.

What's I've tried so far. Got "free" production access without credit card.

Change my plaid setup to be "Development" but with a production key. Upon attempting to add a new bank account, I still get DEVELOPMENT_ENVIRONMENT_BROWNOUT.

An immediate fix is to search "development" and change to "production". This appears to work again. Though....changing over tokens saved under development seems beyond my knowledge. (I just deleted my old tokens, made new production tokens)
