Bylaws: PDFs -> go get them

In v1 of OttWatch I had a feature that captured copies of the official bylaws as they were enacted. The city only writes bylaws in english and so doesn't publish them online by default because doing so - without making them accessible documents, and in french too - would be required. Imagine, spending money for our own information to be more accessible.

So - feature idea: consider reviving my ritual where I ask for PDFs of all bylaws as they are enacted. Anyone can ask and the City Clerk's office well send them out. So I'll ask.
