The 311 API has been shutdown by the city and replaced with a CSV in the open data portal

Options:

  • rewrite the import job to pull from the CSV daily, to capture new events and also state changes to existing events
  • burn the whole thing as unimportant to Ottwatch, since others can easily grab the CSV anyway. Nominal value-add
