Agenda documents: PDFs are difficult on mobile

Expand meeting document support/usability

• split PDFs into pages, convert those pages to an image format
• allow for easy pagination of each PNG in a mobile friendly way
• consider linking to documents via a pass-through proxy, or clone & serve them directly

On mobile, this might make it easier to access the documents -- better than mobile PDF readers

On desktop it might also be even better too? Faster? PDFs can still be slow.

Stretch goal: pdf2text the contents themselves
