Sitecore.Ship access denied: packageInstallation whitelist is denying access to <IP>

We are currently facing a issue with Azure devOps deployment pipeline in installing the sitecore packages since Sep 1, 2020, earlier it was working smooth.

Build Server (Azure VM) is already whitelisted under sitecore configurations

Looking into the sitecore logs it is asking to whitelist the local browser (client ip) address.

Also when we are trying to access https://{enviroment-url}//services/package/install/fileupload it is also returning back to the login screen after providing valid credentials.
