Display Sitecore runtime data not related to a particular Http request.

Candidate data could include:

  • Cache sizes and limits
  • jobs running
  • last publish timestamp

Currently investigating exposing Sitecore pipeline processor information and adding it to the Sitecore -> Server datatable. Working in feature/PipelineReporting branch.
