Alternative licence for STL files?

I was hoping to use the SMARS base STL files for an open-source robot. I'm looking to license the whole lot as CERN or similar.

It's not a company, it's just a project. But I've just realised I probably can't use these: https://github.com/rosmo-robot/smars/tree/master/STL_Files as the Non-commercial licence would be compatible with an open licence.

I don't suppose you'd consider re-licensing the STL's in the above link as something more permissive which would be compatible with https://www.oshwa.org/definition/?
