"format is not a function" error when using mysql2 instrumentation with `kysely`

Which of your examples is testing this? The runtime error is here https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js-contrib/blob/1c24cfd2e4cbb417a04ce9d6bad047fde76a823b/plugins/node/opentelemetry-instrumentation-mysql2/src/utils.ts#L105 with format being undefined, it gives the TypeError
