How to disable Filed buttons for a particular field

In the docs there is a way to disable fieldbuttons for a particular type like text. But i want to disable the field buttons for particular field i.e if there are two text fields first name and last name. I want to disable field buttons for first name field and show them for last name field. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
