Volcano plot labels do not show up in new window

Hi,

I have produced a volcano plot as per the instructions in the document in RMarkdown. However, when I try to expand the plot to visualize in the new window, the gene labels do not show up anymore.

I can see it here embedded within the RMarkdown file:

I proceed to press this button below to expand the plot (button circled in purple):

In the new window, this is what the plot looks like (there are missing labels which were originally present within the RMarkdown file):

Any idea how to see the labels in the new window?

I have the same issue, labels are present in the direct output, but once I clicked open in new window all the labels are gone. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks.
