Draft version of Lattice toolchain support

A draft version for the support of the Lattice FPGA toolchain using the "Lattice Diamond" software has been created. It is currently tested with a MachXO-Board only. The synthesis should work with other Lattice FPGAs, too. The download is currently rather MachXO specific, since a XCF-File is created by LogiSim instead of the Lattice toolchain (Tcl commands are missing for it, as far as I have seen). It is tested currently only on Windows, not on Linux. Kind regards, Carsten Noeske
