Add x endstop to original place
Hi, I saw how cleverly you designed the belt mod, so I decided to look at what else you designed, and found this, turns out, I also have an afterburner installed already, and I love the positioning of the cable chain, but I don't want to reposition the endstop on the duct, one more wire to the duct, one more point of failure etc, and I tend to swap ducts for comparison, ik this is a wip, but can you consider adding the x endstop into the housing like the stock one, thanks!
If not, could you also upload a step file for cad? Don't have fusion.
Hey, thanks:) Because of the cable chain I had to move the hotend a lot, so there was a lot of unused space. Thats why I moved the endstop inside the carriage because there is a lot of space. But I understand what you mean, I can make a new housing that has space for the endstop. You should be able to swap ducts as easy as usual, even with the endstop integrated. I will upload a step later;)
Thank you! Love your work.
Hi, any progress on this? would also be very interested, unfortunately my CAD skills are not up to par yet to be able to do this mod myself.

@mihneaCR @zx4017555 I added a file to mount the switch, not my best idea, but I couldnt find a clean solution. Image
