Enhancement - Warning color and suggestions for overridden css

I know it's probably just a dream, but it would be so awesome if we could tell if bootstrap or something else is overriding our css, and maybe even a suggestion to fix it if it's happening (like !important or :deep).

I know a lot of time my css doesn't work, then I go into the inspector and see that another css class is overriding it.

Now that would be an amazing tool that everyone would download!
