当项目从解决方案目录里移出，有提示[When the project is removed from the solution directory, there is a prompt]

@kevin-mueller I can vouch for this as well. When projects are stored in Solution Folders, scanning doesn't work... I had to move my blazor project outside of the solution folders for it to work.
