Lesser Accuracy

I have tried running the code provided, with the same parameters, which resulted in a lesser accuracy of around 78 percent(N_Images=100). What exactly were the hyperparameters you considered while experimenting to get 98 percent test accuracy. Changes as in either the N_Images or the hyperparameters. Can you please let me know?
