Mapping of files to chord sentences

It would be nice to have a CSV of songs by title with associated chords.

Did a bit more googling to find a chart/software for automated key transposing, and found this music21 library that seems will be able to do it: http://web.mit.edu/music21/doc/moduleReference/moduleStream.html#music21.stream.Stream.transpose
