Separate buttons for "accept all" and "save"

Hello,

I would suggest having separate labels (or buttons) for accepting all cookies and saving the settings made on the customize page. To my users it is confusing to have a button "Accept cookies" and after unselecting some cookies still have the same button, because the button seems like clicking it would still accept all cookies.

I would suggest keeping the the "Accept" button and letting it accept all cookies, but change the "Customize" button to "Save" after clicking it.
