ipynb files (notebook) doesn't show up in Editor

Explain the bug

When creating a .ipynb file in the Namespace Editor, content of the file can't be edited nor displayed (stuck on loading) Seems like the VS Code integration is looking for a python Kernel image

To reproduce: create a file with the .ipynb extension
