Add a full-text search to Blueprints

Issue description

it would be nice if searching for something in blueprints (both UI and website) would search for the blueprint's content rather than only for the title

Locking the issue to ensure only internal team can work on this (it requires more complex backend logic, this isn't an issue for external contributors - please check good first issues instead 😉 )
