Inappropriate trigger for the unsaved orders message.

If you change an order and then change it back to what it originally was, then the order stays in the "unsaved" state even after hitting save. This has undesired interactions with the fix for #43.

To reproduce:

1. Open some orders, change a "hold" to a "move"
2. Change the move back to the hold.
3. Save orders
4. Try to navigate away from the page

Desired behaviour: No message Observed behaviour: The "you have unsaved orders" message appears.
