Allow mouse gesture add-ons to display the conex group list popup

Feature request

The conex popup that shows the group list appears to be a frequent way of navigating in Firefox, at least in my experience, like previous page or next page are. For the latter, we have mouse gestures in every mouse gesture addon. But not for Conex. I'd like to have a gesture (in my case it would be "swiping down") that would:

1. open the Conex popup
2. and display it close to the mouse cursor (to avoid moving the mouse to the top menu bar) This would definitely help in navigating between groups.
