Deleting Resources is, in general, very broken

When we delete resources, we don't really delete all of the required entities, so we often end up with orphaned entities that still impact other systems (for example, a floating container group, with no associated component).

We should update all of our deletion flows to actually ensure that the associated entities are cleaned up.
