How to handle pricing changes

At some point in the future, if we do plan on doing pricing changes, we will probably want to granularity roll it out over a period of time. Something that could also help here would be adding the current pricing information to the component itself, so that if we adjust the pricing for new projects without impacting the pricing of existing projects, and then we can granularity adopt new pricing for existing components over time.
