Add Chess Game To Python/Games

[Hell-maker07]

Added a working Chess Game in Python to the Python/Games directory.
The game supports two-player chess from the terminal, requiring no external packages.

Also updated CONTRIBUTORS.MD with my GitHub details as per the contribution guidelines.
