Whatsie preventing system shutdown
when whatsie is running and visible, trying to shut down or reboot the system through the KDE gui (pressing power button > shutdown, or start > shutdown > shutdown) will display a notification "exit prevented from «/path/to/whatsie»" and will close the window, leaving whatsie running in the system tray; doing this another time will shutdown the system.
running shutdown now
in a terminal instead does shut down the system without any problem
is this a feature or a bug? I'd like to disable this behaviour
From my experience, it happens only on KDE, in other desktops the system shutdowns just fine. I'm using the lastest version of Flatpak if it can help somehow.
KDE supports X11 session management. I guess the WebEngine page tries to show a "Do you really want to close this page" dialog but that's not hooked up, so it delays logout indefinitely.
Other details I recently found: This only happens when it's not minimized to tray, when it is, the logoff works as expected. When Whatsie interrupts the logout, it automatically will be minimized to the tray, and considering the above, trying to log off again will work.
