Problems with character cedilha (ç) in US International keyboard layout

Hi,

I have a US keyboard and I set it to US International layout, when I type this character (' + c) should be ç but display ć. This problem occurs in Snap apps only. So I added those two lines on /etc/environment file: GTK_IM_MODULE=cedilla and QT_IM_MODULE=cedilla and it worked in other Snap apps, but it did not work in whatsie.

Same issue here on 4.14, even with my /etc/environment :

QT_IM_MODULE=cedilla

Any news or fix please?
