build only needed dictionaries

I guess it is common to have just one (or few) dictionaries builtl, instead of all.

As of now I created a workaround and I'm removing the unneeded dictionaries from src/dictionaries/ that prevent them from being built, but would be great have an upstream-based way to select/deselect them. Thanks
