Not reproducible. I am sure this is a upstream issue. Or I suggest to fix your system time if it is not set to the correct one.
This is the solution: sudo rm /var/cache/fontconfig/* rm ~/.cache/fontconfig/* fc-cache -r
Try to completely remove the app with the following command: `sudo snap remove --purge red-app` Then reinstall with: `sudo snap install red-app`

Sorry it took too long to check this out, can you provide the output of `snap connections olivia` ?
@universalhandle everything looks good in the provided output. I will test on Ubuntu 22.04.1 to see what is going on.
