Nameplate Frame Strata? REQUEST

I took to google first... but I'm trying to have your nameplates' strata above that of most my WAs. Can't seem to find a clear answer or any configuration on that in your interface, any input?

Hey sorry to bother but would really love some direction on how to raise the frame strata of my KUI.

I've picked though all of the code and changed all the strata fields to no avail. Is there anything I can do locally to achieve this?
