Enquiry about friendly player nameplates

Is it possible to "turn off" the KUI style for interacting with NPC's? In the photos you can see when the NPC is targeted it changes to KUI's font, but when not targeted it remains as standard UI font. I can't find a way to keep the friendly nameplates like they are, and for targeted NPC nameplates to stay as the blizzard design.
