Nameplates issue

Usually the set up I have with my nameplates is that I have NPC nameplates the default green one I have in the top screenshot, for all of my characters, and i only have one profile (the default one), which I have set up to be like that. However, and this is the case with only two of my characters even with the default profile selected, is that the nameplates appear like the one in the image above. It clashes with players nameplates and make them look identical, and so it is difficult to distinguish at a glance which one is which, as it is the same plate option I have for players. And I don't know how to fix this and make it the same as with my other characters.
