Execute range for Soul Reaper (DK Talent) set to 20%, not 35%

As above, when using the talent "Soul Reaper" the execute range stays at default 20%, even though Soul Reaper is a <=35% execute. Thanks for a great addon! As an extra request, i would love if execute color could be changed to a static-position spark in the nameplate.
