How to make it work with "hostile, quest and interactive npcs" option?

This is the option in wow name options, it basically only shows names for those npcs that are not neutral and not talkable to. I couldn't find such an option in Kui for the neutral npcs.

Esc > Interface > Names > NPC Names > 1st or 2nd option in dropdown menu
