Custom colour for Target Nameplate based on buff present not working?

Hi, I did as the instructions in the README indicate and modified the function for local buffs AND debuffs to include the spell id for serrated bone spike and set it to show up as green. I have extracted as instructed in the addons folder but it doesnt' seem like the custom script is working. Do you have any tips?
