Needs Documentation

The functions need documentation in order to be fully effective. I'm thinking that Github Pages might be the best place to deal with it - so I'm thinking Jekyll, perhaps?

I also think in the future if you get time, the README should be updated to remove the Deno references and this lib should just focus on being a TypeScript Lodash library. It could also be renamed to something which suggest its typescript and its lodash.

This will get bigger adoption as a lot of people (like me) is starting to write all their new projects with Typescript and include TS only libs.
