/server/Index.php is including lib/Slim/Slim

server/lib is empty, did you forget to upload the files, or am I missing something here?

In 2.1.0 release, it is included in the zipped download file.

have that version of the software and inside server / lib / there is only the file .gitignore, which does not contain any code inside.
