Add Android to Travis CI

#90 adds an Android build and .gitlab-ci.yml coverage for it. It would be good if there were .travis.yml coverage as well.

Travis has a language: android; but according to my reading it can't be used simultaneously with the language: go we are already using. It may require us to pick one and then manually install the missing packages from the other.
