Unsure how to do this in YANG, one example is to use https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9181.html

There is also this from an IETF WG, but it is crap: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/draft-zheng-intarea-gre-yang-01

I think you want to configure this through ietf-interfaces, set interface gre0 gre peer 1.1.1.4
