Feature Request: Long Term Credential

Add ability to use existing coturn server by supporting another variable TURN_LTC which would use a predefined long turn credential.

Forgive me if I made the code a mess, but I was able to get the long term credential working and also added a couple other customizations while I was in there @kern #261 is available for your viewing pleasure...
