Change requirement package list for OpenSuse

👋, @crownedgrouse. You changes aren't up-to-date as per the newest way to suggest development packages. I propose you update your local main branch, and then look at https://github.com/kerl/kerl/blob/master/kerl#L882 to add the openSUSE packages. Cheers.
