Actually it is already there (https://github.com/TechEmpower/FrameworkBenchmarks/tree/master/frameworks/D/archttp). The problem that it has some bugs when several connections are trying to reach the server (you can see several problems reported in the issues). And it seems that this server is abandoned - at least no new PRs and commits for more than a year.
