issue authenticating prod bot

I reach the step where you need to connect to Bluetooth and using a Chromebook it just loads eternally

What are you running wire-pod on?

prod (regular) bot

What steps have you tried? I have restarted the process of putting vector into recovery mode 8 times (note: I will delete any issues which fit under this category but don't follow this template. I will not accept an "It's just not working!")

Do you have any other devices to try running the setup page on? I have had the best luck with Chrome on Android. I haven't tried ChromeOS.
