Via management command (or admin view?) This would be useful so that we can notify all users with active collections that we will be purging collections.

Facepager appears to use the Facebook API, and it works reasonably well. Is the Graph API mature enough now that we might consider using it in an SFM harvester?

The harvester status table at ui/monitor/ seems to have no discernible ordering. We should choose a column and order on that (perhaps by Requested date/time)

The ability to collect media (images or videos) embedded in tweets seems to have gone away when we deprecated the web harvester. Consider adding this back (just media files, not...
