Make a docker compose equivalent

Some people suffer from setting up a Kubernetes setup, and installing the hub components. We might need to create a docker compose variant (which is less scalable) but can be setup much more easily for testing the experience.

Some work has been done here so far: https://github.com/kerberos-io/deployment. We'll even simplify it more and break it down to a "grandma installation".
