Add hf links

WIP.

Have added hugging face links for the following examples -Bayesian Neural Network -Real NVP -VQ VAE

I was able to successfully create the ipynb and md files for the last 2 examples (with manual editing because of windows issues after). But I can not run python autogen.py add_example keras_recipes\bayesian_neural_networks .

It seems to be another path issue as it returns an error message saying path or file do not exist at ..\\examples\\keras_recipes\\md\\bayesian_neural_networks.md. Tried to manually insert full windows path inside of nbconvert files but ran into more issues. @merveenoyan Could you possibly run the autogen command if you are working on a unix machine?
