Add model card links for KerasCV

We recently added model cards for KerasNLP, this is supported for any preset with with a model_card field in the metadata.

They show up in the description field -> https://keras.io/api/keras_nlp/models/

Might be a good idea to add this for any KerasCV models that have one available.

The references available for the models are mostly only available at TIMM. Would it be best if I reference them from here?
