Does Fable respect `TreatWarningsAsErrors`? I don't think it does, in which case a warning for an usupported format is insufficient for me. I really don't want it to go unnoticed.

That's just one of 3 different issues described - different font ordering shouldn't produce different results here (since Noto Sans Hebrew does not contain any of the characters in question)...
