Allow submission (and seeding) of an edit note

It would be great if there was a textarea where the user could enter an edit note, e.g. the source of the ISRCs. This field could also get prefilled by other tools which seed MagicISRC from various sources.

Bonus points if it also includes the MBID/URL of the target release automatically, like tatsumo's ISRC submitter for Spotify does.
